My sweet grandma turned 75 on Friday. She doesn't look that old and doesn't feel that old. If I could only age as gracefully as she has! My aunt Gail and uncle Dave were in town from Washington having dropped Mandy off at BYU earlier in the week. Jessie, mom, and I went to the party. Karen, Mike, and their kids who live in the area (Jeremy and Rachel, Brett and Selena, Darin and Kylee, and Jake) were there as well with their kids. James and Christyna and their kiddies came too so it was a full house!
We ate dinner at the Olive Garden. It was a big crew and like the Olive Garden slogan says, when you're here, you're family! Grandma enjoyed being surrounded by her loved ones.
After dinner, we went over to Karen and Mike's for birthday cake and presents. Grandma had the great-grandkids help her blow out the candles on her cake. Andrea, Isaac, and Caden got in on the action and it was so cute. My mom and her sisters gave grandma a diamond necklace for her birthday. She was so surprised and really loved it. The novelty at the occasion was Brett and Selena's new daughter, Jordan who was 2 weeks old. What a sweet baby! She is definitely loved. Here are some pictures from the occasion.
